Today I was kindly informed of a blog that covers issues related to diversity management.
It's run by a management consultant called Ian Dodds and contains regular postings about diversity-related news. The format is similar to mine and the most recent story, funnily enough, is one I was wanting to comment on myself - i.e. McDonald's new policy that allows family members to share the same job.
