I received an email today informing me of the very recent passing of Simon Lindsay of Rest Area 300m.
I've never met Simon (or Doddery old fart as he often referred to himself), but I did contact him a few times when I first started looking at work-related blogs back in early 2005, and back then he seemed a colourful, cheerful and helpful character.
I'm probably not the first person to pass on this news, but if it is news to you, please pass on the information to others.
Better still, if you knew him in some way, post your condolences to his friends and family via his blog.
