Tweeting taxi driver

The BBC News website ran an article this week about a Tweeting taxi driver in Thailand.

It would seem such activities have turned the taxi driver into a bit a local and international celebrity.

Taxi companies love advertising. That is why, legitimate taxis are the ones with plastered company numbers either on the trunk, doors and roofs.

Texting or using social media while driving has become a huge issue. Often, I see cases where the main issue is culpability because the driver was distracted. Should we blame the media or blame the driver?
