Mail in chaos - Bolton's postal service was thrown into chaos today after 150 postmen walked out on unofficial strike. A postman, who also wished to remain anonymous, said: "The industrial relations between management and the workers is very poor. This dispute has been going on for a long time. We do not want to disrupt postal services. We want to deliver letters to homes across Bolton, but we do not want to move to a delivery depot which is not ready."
