Perceptions of pay

According to a report by Incomes Data Services and the Trades Union Congress, nearly half of all British employees are unhappy with their pay. However, one of the most striking points made by the report suggests, overall, women are less satisfied than men with their pay, but are more reticent than men to discuss pay with their employers.
