The Marlin Company have just released details of their 12th Annual “Attitudes in the American Workplace” Poll of 2006.
Included in the report are findings on:
1) Job satisfaction and working for small and large organizations.
The main conclusion is: Workers at large companies report highest level of extreme job dissatisfaction and greatest intrusion of work into personal life when compared to small companies, but more likely to be highly paid.
2) How much American workers use company technology.
The main conclusion is: Less than an hour a day on average spent on online shopping, personal e-mail, computer games, personal calls and other non-work use of technology.
