Ever wondered where the best paid jobs are to be found?
Well, according to an article in The Guardian - Gap between the richest and poorest workers widens (Ashley Seager and Mark Milner) - they are likely to be in the investment banking, fund management and the oil and property businesses.
In contrast, the worst paid jobs are to be found in the supermarket or cleaning industries.
The most noteworthy part of the article is the suggestion that, " the salaries of the better paid workers have risen much faster than those at the bottom, meaning the gap between the richest and poorest is continuing to widen."
And to think the CBI, for example, continues to moan and whinge about the recent rise in the minimum wage.
