Graduates’ expectations and experiences of working

The CIPD has recently released a report that looks at graduates’ expectations and experiences of working.

In more detail, the report comments on "important issues facing graduates, including graduate reflections on the value of their studies now they’re at work, their initial opinions of the world of work, and the impact of student debt on their finances and life plans."

Sections of the report include:

- finance
- attitudes to work
- reflections on university
- time out prior to university
- starting work

The report is called Graduates in the workplace: does a degree add value? and can be downloaded and viewed here.
